Tim & Hannah Moor Park wedding venue film

Tim & Hannah a Moor Park wedding venue video

Moor Park wedding venue Mansion is a Grade I listed Palladian mansion set within over 300 hundred acres in Hertfordshire.

The name Moor Park originates from the old park of the Manor of More, which is where the mansion and golf courses now sit.

The original house was built in 1678 for James, Duke of Monmouth. In 1732, Benjamin Hoskins Styles, who had made a fortune in The South Sea Company, purchased it and the current appearance of the mansion, including the magnificent paintings within the Main Hall, Thornhill Room and Grand Staircase can be traced to his time at the mansion. The beauty of Moor Park extends to the outside too, with impressive gardens that make a picture-postcard backdrop for your wedding album and wedding video as well as the ideal place to serve the welcome drinks to your guests on a balmy summer’s day. Romantic candlelit receptions, drinks reception served amidst the Italian murals of the Main Hall, you are sure to feel like the Lord and Lady of the Manor just like Tim and Hannah did with this their wedding video.

Andrew & Ana Wrest Park Orangery wedding video

Andrew & Ana Wrest Park Orangery wedding video, 8th September 2012

Wrest park orangery wedding is a truly stunning location to have had the pleasure in filming Andrew and Ana’s wedding video. This is the fourth time I have filmed a Wrest Park Orangery wedding video, and its becoming one of my favorite wedding venues. Think of a grand French chateau in miniature, fabulous grounds with fountains, lawns, wooded walks and flower gardens, dotted with statues and ornate follies. Then visualise your wedding video against the breath-taking backdrop of Wrest Park’s a magical early 19th century mansion with its magnificent 92 acre gardens. If you yearn for stunning historic surroundings mixing elegant French architecture with a grand and picturesque landscape, then Wrest Park wedding will be your ideal wedding day film location.  The Orangery once home to some of the largest orange trees in England, this grand garden pavilion, just a short walk from the main house, is the perfect location for a summer wedding ceremony, drinks reception or evening dinner. A marquee site on the lawns nearby, shaded by lovely mature trees, can accommodate up to 2,000 guests for dining and dancing in this magical garden setting – one of the most important historic landscapes in the land.

Nena & Richard Matara wedding video

Nena & Richard Matara wedding video, 29th August 2012

A very unique wedding venue in the Cotswold’s, Gloucestershire to have had the pleasure in filming this Matara wedding video, Built upon well-being principles and set in stunning gardens – This was a truly wonderful wedding to film, with an Indian infusion Nena and Richard’s big day was certainly unique. Here is a little history lesson:

The heart of Matara is Kingscote Park House, once the home of John Wedgwood, co-founder of the Royal Horticultural Society. It was also the home of Katharine Kingscote, who married Edward Jenner, the scientist who developed a vaccine against smallpox.

The romantic story of Katherine Kingscote and Edward Jenner is wonderfully appropriate since Matara has become a special place for many couples starting married life together.

An experiment brought the couple together. On September 2nd 1784, Jenner launched a hydrogen-filled balloon from Berkeley Castle. After ten miles, the balloon came down by Symond’s Hall, close to Kingscote Park House.

Jenner met Katherine Kingscote when he came to collect the balloon and they fell in love. They married at Kingscote Church on March 6, 1788 and lived in the Regency house on the estate.
