Today Sophie and Richard tied the knot at the beautiful grade II listed 12^th century All Saints church, nestling in the heart of the village of Sutton Courtenay. The day started with some fantastic aerial shots of the church with our wedding drone and some great interiors adorned with gorgeous flowers by Foxgloves & Roses. The guests started to arrive on this sunny spring day, picking up handfuls of confetti in lace bags as they entered the church. Smiles and laughter filled the church as the groom and congregation waited for the arrival of the bride. The bridesmaids, all in green, waited outside for Sophie, who arrived gracefully in a vintage cream Jaguar from Henley classic cars. Looking beautiful and dressed in a gorgeous off the shoulder wedding dress she emerged from the car helped by her bridesmaids. The vicar and the wedding party proceeded to make their way up the cobbled path to an eagerly waiting groom and the church full of friends and family. Sophie’s father escorted her down the aisle to Richard who was beaming as he got his first glimpse of his stunning new wife to be. As the ceremony got underway, the sounds of singing could be heard from outside as well wishers waiting in anticipation. The couple exchanged vows, rings and a hesitant first kiss to rapturous applause from friends and family. The newly married couple made their way hand in hand down the confetti line as friends and family showered them in petals as they made their way back to the waiting Jaguar. Arriving in style with a kiss in front Ardington House – built in 1720, this listed Georgian masterpiece is set in its own extensive gardens and parkland. Working alongside the super talented David Bostock photography we captured some great intimate moments as the reception unfolded to music by The sweet lowdown and cheese and ending the night with their first dance as a married couple.
